Cobra Chi Gung - Lesson 1

Lesson 1 of the Sheng Chi Cobra Chi Gung series. These lessons are designed to teach you the basics of Cobra Chi Gung. These are the same principles used in Cobra Kung Fu (Boli Yan Shi). Cobra Kung Fu is thought to be a lost art. At least that's what the history books say. Obviously, it's not because I'm teaching it to you in this lesson.
