Hi steemian,

I’m here to share my Gaggan experiences. This restaurant is in the list of Asia’s 50 best restaurants. It’s extremely hard to book this place. You should make reservations more than a couple of weeks in advance. During some period I heard it takes 3 months on the waiting list. The theme of this restaurant is a surprise for the guests, including 25 emoji course as you can see. This place has 2 stars from the Michelin Guide. The chef is Gaggan Anand, an Indian who lived in Bangkok for 10 years. The dinning style is refining Indian food to a fine dinning level.

This place is located at : 68/1 Soi Langsuan Ploenchit Road Lumpini Bangkok 10330. Its opening hours are 6-11. It took us 3-4 hours to complete the meal so I highly recommend you to make the earlier time bookings. They food are very interesting and innovative. The favors are strongly Indian with a lot of spices in the ingredients. So if you are not an Indian food fan better not waste your time here. I personally loved the services and showcase of all the food. Some were not my favorite but most were exquisite.

Food looks delicious...Wonderful pics!

Wow!! What an exciting culinary experience ! I’m so jealous this looks amazing :) look at all that fancy food!!

I like this restaurant. I ate there last year. The food is fun and creative and the atmosphere is casual. The most unusual dish we had was goat brains on a waffle! It was tasty. I don't see that emoji on your menu. They must of taken it off. Nice video, thanks for sharing it.
