The aim of this competition is to extend the idea for Steemit blogging. If we give a donation in food or money, when money and food are spent, we have the same problem - a poor family. If you donate a computer and teach people to make good posts and comments, then they begin to get a regular cash flow. I believe that in the first month, every new user can make $ 500, In the beginning the most money is made on good comments. Steemit with this idea can feed many people, villages, cities and poor countries. I want to launch a human idea because more users bring higher and faster growth to Steem and SBD. I want this competition to grow, to get a global dimension. Now it's only one computer, the next time the prize can be 150-300 SBD - it depends on the support you give me.

Hello sir, @dobartim, i would like to send my gratitude to you for this humanitarian services you re doing, am really proud of this great job you re doing. And the only thing i can offer you now is a prayer. God bless you sir and more power to your elbow. Above is my picture, i am a registered steemian but i really find it difficult to do the necessary things to help my development on steemit due to no access to good computer system. The phone am using presently is so bad that sometimes it could just go off and i could hardly get it on again. The reason why i should be consider is because am a student, i take full responsibility of my education, am responsible for payment of my tuition fee, and other expenses, i takes care of my accommodation, bills in the house, i feed myself. Last year, i almost could not pay my fee if not for the intervention of my brother, but now as i am writing he is late, he died of (cancer of the liver), i don't have anybody to help me, the load on my head is too much, i am so much afraid of seeing myself drop out of school for lack of money which i would not want to happen. Since i started school, life have been so difficult for me, my parent have nothing to assist me with, i have been hoping on God all the while. Just of recent, a colleague of mine told me about steemit and i was so exited, because i heard so many testimonies from people on how steemit had help them and changed their lives. I joined steemit with the hope of getting some money to take care of my necessary bills especially my school fee which is my priority for now. I look forward to hearing from you. Hi @dobartim, I really appreciate this opportunity you have created to let the voice of the voiceless be heard.
I am Udekwu Desmond from Nigeria and a graduate of biochemistry at Michael ọkpara University in abịa state. I come from a middle classed (not too rich, not too poor) family of four kids and I happen to be the first born child. I lost my dad when I was 19yrs and ever since, my mum has kept the fire burning with my three sisters in the university. I am 25yrs old without a job or a means of livelihood,but this ended, when steemit was introduced to me by a close friend I call "brother" @sistem and it was like a life changing experience for me since then,owing to the fact that I am over aged to be in the same roof with my mum and siblings, was constantly being asked for little money by my sisters and needed financial breakthrough to at least tend to my own needs. I am currently not on discord because of the kind of phone I use in steeming and my phone has a very poor Internet reception which has been a very big challenge to my progress here and the major reason I haven't introduced steemit to my younger sisters is because, a blind man cannot lead a blind man. I haven't made enough waves on steemit or earned a mouth watering sbd that will be convincing enough to win souls for steemit, but irrespective of these challenges I have been facing on steemit that tends to limit how much I make, I still look to the brighter side of life, hoping for a breakthrough someday. A day I will get a better phone and a laptop to ease the stress, because I stay up to 3min to load a page on steemit (highly time consuming) most times. I think that day is here and this opportunity was made for me.
The burden of tuition fee for my sisters in school is getting tough on my aging mum that is fast heading towards retirement and the best way out is to help out.
HOW CAN I ACHIEVE THIS.?
¶¶I intend introducing steemit to my sisters so they don't depend too much on either me or our mum.
¶¶I vision a time I will be making $500 on a single post like you have said earlier @dobartim and with this, I can decide to pay one of my sisters' tuition fee, till she graduates.
¶¶I also intend using my successful testimonies on steemit to introduce it to those around my neighborhood and save a life just the way mine was saved. I see a lot of unemployed youths, roaming the streets with no hope for a better TOMORROW, Smoking and drinking away their lives with some of them thinking of mischievous ways to make ends meet. I will let them know that steemit is the WAY to go!
I know these dreams are achievable because steemit is a world with gold mines. The ticket is all I plead for.

I just realized i could request a donation for myself, thanks to @dobartim for this privilege and for willing to invest in value.
I am not wretched and poor because i believe in creating value but i am not above the need for help.
I am a youth who just finished my university education, hence independence is expected. But the opportunities here are limited due to very high rates of unemployment, this is one of the reasons i joined stemmit which is a platform where i can create value and reach for financial stability even under these harsh conditions.
But lacking good tools makes work burdensome, i have been blogging with my mobile phone which has made progress a little slow and has been an hindrance to inviting several others to this platform.
So you might not send us food and money but if i have the opportunity, i could through this benevolence, introduce steemit to alot of young people and eradicate poverty for good and give people a better chance.
I hope my application is favorably considered.

This is a great thing you are doing, reaching out, helping and empowering people it is really amazing.
Before I started year one in the University, my parents were there for me financially and otherwise. But few years later, my dad was diagnosed with diabetes. And diabetes comes together with hypertension. The illness is still ongoing for seven years now but it got worst by the day. Drugs has become his close companion. Hospitals became like a home for him; he goes there regularly and spends a whole lot. Now we are feeding from hand to mouth. I literally saw my self through school. Doing part time jobs to pay some bills and feed. And recently it got extremely bad... His sugar level went extremely high thereby causing him to lose one of his sight. Another spending begins; he is to be operated soon but no where to get the finance. My friend introduced me to steemit after hearing what I am passing through , hoping and praying that steemit will favour me so I can contribute to take my dad to the hospital to be operated on.
I currently use my friends phone to make a post once in a while while i can. Is strongly believe you can aid me with this project you are doing. I wish i can donate to help others out there.
