Yes, that is right. Appics even wrote their own tutorial on how to download it on your phone:

By the way, I could not vote on dpoll, so I wrote this comment from eSteem Surfer 2.2.2.

I either got an "Error: We got an unexpected error from Steemconnect. Please, try again." or a "502 - Bad Gateway nginx/1.14.0 (Ubuntu)" error message.
