Figuring out a way to make components and substances that you normally toss within the trash paintings as artwork stimulated me to build these fabously distinct Fairy houses.
The below structure of every is made from such things as liquids packing containers, tubes, gum holders, juice boxes, Dove body wash bottles. Lots of recycled factors and discovered items.
I taught myself a way to make these via trial and mistakes. A number of the stones are styrofoam lined in a combination I created too look like stone while others are stones discovered alongside Lake Michigan. The pup Palace, has a turntable crank that could be a music box playing, “How an awful lot is that puppy inside the window.” some tops elevate and there are lights internal…to see these in man or woman is a real treat. I’m hoping to get a show at the Chicago Botanical Gardens.
