Alcohol

Drinking alcohol has a negative effect on your health, at least on the long term, i don't think we can deny that. I also think this is something we all know.
And yet 90% of the people i know who are 18+ years old consume alcohol. Some are heavy drinkers and i don't think they should consume that much. The rest are casual drinkers and social drinkers.

I have thought for a long time that i could 100% stop drinking. 0 alcohol, not even beer, not even one drop but then i think that some social lubricant a.k.a. alcohol is necessary in some social situations. I guess I could still give it a try and then you guys how it all went. Heck, it might even be fun.
It usually happens when we are playing video games, chatting or whatever, and sometimes we are all having something to drink. Its casual, its light, its fun. No one goes crazy. And happens rarely, since most of us have stuff to do later on.

I think being alone nowadays has a different meaning because we are not really 100% alone. Or maybe you could make the argument that this days we are more alone than ever. Hahaha i think that could be a topic for another day though.

I think you can conduct your drinking habits, as long as they are healthy, into your social life. I also think there is always a time and place for everything.
