How I Found Motivation To Go Back To The Gym | Action Brings Motivation

What's up dtube, my name is Harshil Patel and I gained 20 pounds when I was traveling for a year.

So since being back, I've been hitting the gym every day. But initially, I found it very tough and lacked a ton of motivation. So to deal with this solution I decided I'll go to the gym for 15 minutes a day. What I noticed was the motivation skyrocketed.

After a month of doing that, I felt excited again to go to the gym. Now I'm 10 pounds lighter! :)
