How to make a Cuban ratatouille:




This mixture of vegetables, starches, white meats and condiments among others, can be accompanied by the vertigo of a transparent morning, the fine texture of a half day or the vitality of a Caribbean night, since this light dish captivates without previous time, but yes, with full appetite. Ingredients (6 servings):

1.- ¼ cup chopped onion.

2.- ½ cup of chili pepper.

3.- ½ cup chopped fresh parsley.

4.- 1 cup of peeled tomatoes, seeded and chopped.

5.- ½ cup of french fries

6.- ½ cup of carrots boiled and diced.

7.- ½ cup of boiled beans.

8.- ½ cup of cabbage (cabbage) raw, cut and finite.

9.- ½ cup cooked fish.

11.- 6 eggs.
