Thanks @crypto.poitr for letting me know about this post. This is a great post not only for those that want to work in the blockchain but in any industry. Whilst it was Tailored to blockchain it gives great insight into looking for a job in general.
I myself find that if you are passionate , hard working and take initiative. You are set to become great in your field .
These days we are surrounded with distractions. When we start focusing on what we are passionate about we feel like we are getting somewhere in life and things start to fall into place .
