For today's #marketfriday initiated by @dswigle we visit a local Spinneys supermarket in Dubai and had some fun with the Boomerang app on the iPhone 10. (available on other phones to.) It take a two second video clip and repeats it, kind of like a gif.
The photos will come in a second as I have to edit this on steemit to add the photos. Every time I try to add photos in the advanced section on d.tube it has a moment and locks up? Note to @heimindanger for debugging.
Let's make a start in the rice and spices section. Such a variety I have never seen in one place.
I like the way they display the various cheeses all in a row like a flock of cheese.
And the veg looks so organised too.
Even the tomatoes are stacked so neatly.
Even the sweet potato is organised.
And of course we passed by the cake stand. :)
Free rib eye steak samples for a light lunch.
And just for giggles have a few knackers.

Those cheeses looks absolutely delicious. I always have a hankering for good cheese.
The organization of the veggies and potatoes is great. It must be early in the shopping day. :)
It was actually late afternoon. They just keep the place so neat. I was surprised. :)
I love how differently everything is displayed there. And the amount of fresh veggies is amazing. I don't think I have ever seen so many available at one of our supermarkets.
This is just a few photos. I've got dozens of photos showing fresh produce from just about everywhere in the world. But didn't want to make the post any longer and bore everyone. lol

Hehe! I loved the way the iphone 10 has that feature. I watched it over and over toppling over. LOL
What a clean place that market is! I was surprised (and yet not because it is Dubai) of the clean, neat. the organized wonder of it all. I have never seen veggies lines up quite so nicely.
The cheese is stacked up just like my store. I do love to be able to see them.
That rice and spice section? I am so envious.
