Hey, i STILL have the same problems, have spent all night trying to upload, thinking it was my phones fault, every time i try to upload a video, i get to the thumbnail bit and it just won't work...either it will say my file size is too big (it isn't) or it will say i haven't got a thumbnail at all! someone please help, sincerely, a teenager in a lot of stress!
