When I was in school kid , I have read an story from my text-book.
May be The name of the story was ,"Greediness fall's you down or may be other."
Honestly I have forget the name. But I remember the story.
There was a farmer and he has a duck which give him an golden egg everyday. He sell all the eggs in the market and great a good profit everyday. Day by day he become more rich and become more greedy.
Oneday he thought , his Duck gives him a golden egg everyday , may be there is lot of eggs in it belly. If I sell all the egg in a day , I would be richest person in our area in a day,"
The evil comes his mind that he cut it's neck on the very nest morning and grab all the eggs from it's belly and sell it to the market. Next morning he execute his plan. But irony faith he got nothing but a dead Duck.

I find some similarity in my steem journey to this story. My account is that Farmer , My SP is that Duck. My steem is that golden egg.
Everyday a certain amount of steem produced and it's distributed to the Authors and curators. The distribution number depends on the numbers steempower holder.
If you have more SP you will get more Curation reward and also you vote value will rise .
That's I love steem more than any currency's. It's my golden egg.
