DTube - The iPhone X Exposed - Biometric Identification Is Just The Beginning

in #dtube7 years ago (edited)

The iPhone X will soon be on the market tracking, tracing and databasing every face it sets it's bionic eye on.

Facial recognition software has just entered the mainstream as Apple unveils their newest device the iPhone X.

In this video

Dan Dicks of Press For Truth outlines some of the obvious and not so obvious applications (and violations of privacy) that this new technology can and will bring to society.

Not excited about the new release anymore! LOL .. Actually I was using a pen and paper at the last Anarchapulco conference last year and will using pen and paper at the next one too. People laughed at me, but I was expecting it so didn't mind a bit.

Always remember, even though the technology is created by the large evil dinosaur corporations today, we can make that the exception and instead have good technology as the norm. Remember there is still such a thing as good technology or at least technology that helps combat evil in this rat race.. You probably will not believe me but I'm going to say it is possible to trust technology and may benefit by merge with it one day. It is natural and could be part of our evolution. It will be a long time though especially in light of this era..

its how we use the technology what matters. How we perceive it.

but you don't choose. The companies have an agenda, and you don't get to know about it until it's too late.

We all know about it. The one world order we're approaching one step at a time. Let it be. Enjoy your own mind.

Biometric identification is some ancient news.
Iris scanner might be new to Apple, not to Android.
Fingerprint sensors became common in 2014.
What is new about biometrics in cellular phones?

scary stuff

"They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety." - Benjamin Franklin.

Spying overdrive. If the government hates you, you're done with. New age of big brother, much worse than 1984 itself. Freedom and democracy will become a non-existent farce pretty soon. Brave New World!

Thank you Mr. Dan Dicks for alerting us. I'll share this video far and wide.

and spoiler alert, the government hates you.

The battery was instantly a deal breaker for me. It lasts two more hours than the iphone 7 and iphone 8...... yes they didn`t change the battery in the iphone 8, you can check for yourself on apple.com in the iphone 8 specs battery section. Planned obsolescence at its best.

...or the new silicon in it is more efficient per Watt-hour.

Fingerprint scans...facial recognition unlocks...next thing you know companies will make chip implants to make payments as easy as the wave of a hand...and of course the anonymous collection of your health data in the process, You know just to get a complete analysis of who you are, what you and how you think. I've always been an advocate for using technology especially in my field with AR to make the world a better place but...this...this kinda worries me :\

Great post sis
I like it

love the way to donate 1$ by simply upvoting with 100%. 1000times better than centralized paypal shit

100 times easier than patreon

I watch your video its awesome .. but it too expensive phone starting from 64k ..

hate to say it but i kinda agree with you. i normally don't get involved in 'drama' conversations but i think the idea of making it 'acceptable' to be scanned and documented is a step too far for privacy stepping forward, this feels very much like the first device where we are basically allowing machine learning access to the way we look on a hour by hour, day by day basis everytime we unlock the phone. i don't like that shit. i'll probably still try and OWN one of the ones. but i don't like that shit.

wow. you recognize the dire threat, then proceed to say you will head towards the abyss anyhow. wow.

yep. all of the wow.

Thanks für this information! Upvoted and resteemed. :-)

I feel that iPhone X will be collecting facial movements in order to create a databank for A.I.
The New World isn't far away

im gonna stick it to the man... by buying android

@pressfortruth Thanks for your work as well! Followed

they were made to be spy devices to spy on the user.

The facial password has to be optional. Even with finger print passwords that's optional.

they listen to you at all times. you don't think the camera is on? lol. it's got hardware for biometrics. that's the scary part. most people are clueless and will walk strait to their own slavery.

I'm a little mad at myself that I didn't think of this right away. The fallout from the Google memo as well as youTube's recent actions has shown that we need to be very careful about the information we voluntarily give to these virtual monopolies. I don't trust silicon valley anymore than I trust the government.

Fake news; the facial biometrics don't leave the secure coprocessor, same as fingerprint before it.

Turns out, though, you've been sharing those publicly already even before the release of the iPhone X: they're called selfies.

Yeah, that's a good point. If you take selfies, that data is already stored on your phone - and if you haven't adjusted your phone settings properly, that data gets sent to Apple, Inc. on a regular basis.

Every single face it in front of it? I'll try to not hold one at all then. Either way I wasn't planning on buying it lol

Its so dangerous!
But in the future we'll use this :/

👌👌👌I watch your video👌👌👌 its awesome💐💐💐but it too expensive phone 👍👍👍starting from 64k👌👌👌
