This is a first. We now have a home listed for sale that is being sold on Blockchain using tokens. It is being sold by Chris Murphy, a former Facebook Executive millionaire who is doing this to raise $1 million for charities and to demonstrate the decentralized nature of blockchain.
This is particularly interesting for those of us using Dtube, the Decentralized tube. The American football team, The Green Bay Packers, are one of the few football team that is owned by fans and is decentralized in ownership. This is a profound difference from other more centralized methods.
Watch this fun video and enjoy. Chris Murphy and I had a great time talking about what is happening here and the ramifications for the future. Please leave a comment. I look forward to hearing from you!

Hi @terrybrock ,
Do you think that in future, steemit will pay to video creator according to video views by anyone instead of steemit users' upvotes.
Good question!
I live in Eau Claire, WI, and so as a Packer fan, I appreciate this post and the concept of decentralization.
That's awesome ! Nice Post and Thanks @terrybrock for sharing... UPVOTE
This is a great idea Terry. Real estate is a real pain with so many middle men/women taking a slice and delaying the whole process. Nice to see this industry disrupted.
