Preparation:

  1. Chop the chicken fillets in small cubes, mushrooms - a small cube. Grate the cheese on grater.
  2. Fry the fillet with a little oil.
  3. Fry the mushrooms separately.
  4. Prepare the Béchamel sauce. Milk is heated, add a flour on a tablespoon and mix with a whisk so that no lumps form. At the end add oil, pepper and salt. To stir thoroughly. The sauce is ready.
  5. Remove the pulp from the rolls. Lubricate the inside with sauce.
  6. Lay the chicken fillet on the bottom of the bun, then add salt and pour over the sauce. Top with mushrooms, pour again with sauce. Sprinkle with cheese on top.
  7. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 190 ° C.
