Preparation:

- Fry the mushrooms separately.
- Prepare the Béchamel sauce. Milk is heated, add a flour on a tablespoon and mix with a whisk so that no lumps form. At the end add oil, pepper and salt. To stir thoroughly. The sauce is ready.
- Remove the pulp from the rolls. Lubricate the inside with sauce.
