It is cookie time
Today I made cookies, which I have never made before with the kind of dough I used here, it is a muretaigen - Estonia name, it is pastry but I not know how to text this name in English, Google also not help :))) - that what name was on package... that is also used a lot for the base of cakes, but when I read on the package it can also be used to make cookies, so I tried it for the first time :))) , texture inside it's good when it is ready just like a cookie, but the appearance of the dough remained the same even after baking for 15 minutes... I did not get golden color, I also put grated chocolate on them and even it didn't melt very liquid, I believe that the time on the package was a little too little to cookie it and that's why i didn't get the brown look, but for the first time they came out well. I was eat them what tea ... also just now too when I make post :)))

YEs they have sugary also in ... but they are not very strong sweet :)
