Pizza day — Hive

It's been a very cold and windy day outside, so I sat in the kitchen and decided to make a pizza. 🤭👌🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕
I made the dough myself using only white flour dry yeast and salt a little sugar and then water. I let the dough rise for 7 hours, some people let it rise overnight but I was so hungry that I wanted to wait a long time. But the dough came out good.

I got two large pizzas from the amount of dough, I rolled the dough out on baking paper and then covered the dough on top... fried beef with chanterelles, a little mayonnaise, a little ketchup, pickles, lightly salt, and then I covered it all with cheese. My oven was 200°, every oven is different, so 200 is good here.
