Yesterday I sat in my room and tried to cook something good, I tried to make the food as simple as possible. I'm sure I succeeded because the food was very good.
It's a light oven-roasted big beef , with tomatoes, carrots, onions, apple, and garlic, and then a little mustard and salt, fresh parsley.
But I also went for a walk and the sun was out for a while, I got a few good pictures, but I haven't taken them out the camera yet, I'll try to post them in the next post. 👌👌👌📸📷💿📀
