RE: Back to daily posting with Ecency!

in #ecency5 months ago

Welcome back!

I decided to follow his example and drag myself back into posting on a daily basis.

I read this more often and always question myself why people have a goal to post on a daily basis. Especially when you have to drag yourself into it. It sounds more like a job than a hobby that way.
But maybe it's not explained the right way.

Thank you! I think one of the key success factors here on Hive is consistency of posting quality content. By committing oneself to daily posting, consistency will be guaranteed. Of course, quality has to be on par as well. So, one can say that: Consistency + Community + Commenting + Quality = Success.

I was blessed to make an equivalent of a couple thousand dollars on Steem and, later on, on Hive. I want to continue my journey on this platform. Not only for the sake of steady income, of course, but because of all the amazing connections I have made and friendships I've forged through in the past 7 years.

I hope it makes sense. ☺️

I understand that consistency is important. I try to post regularly as well. And as you say quality is important too.
I just don't get why people force themselves to write a blog every day. I sometimes hear from people that don't know what to write about. Why not skip a day, or even a couple.
I mostly make photography blogs, but in autumn and winter, I go out with my camera a lot less, so I have less content to make blogs. It is what it is.

Enjoy your time back on Hive!
