What do you think is as the root of conflict between people? #EcoTrain QOTW

The quality of life one lives molds the person, the values one has picked up in their growing up shapes up the person. These are some of the important factors that defines the person character and behavior, but not limited to it.
We see so much of conflict around internally with people. Have you experienced this on Steemit also. Yes to be honest it is there to a large extent, though I have not faced it but I have come across people facing it. So does it mean that people here do not hold good values or do not have good quality life. I do not think so! Then what is the reason that we still do have it?

Some of the main issues I see here are;

EGO

The root cause of all the problems in life majorly lies here. Ego kills everything good around us and gives birth to everything that is not good for us. All the negative feelings that come up are due to the Ego. One gets manipulated and starts showing destructive behavior. And when there is a Ego clash of two people all the possible conflicts arise between them. When the Ego starts dominating you feel you are always right and the other person is wrong. One loses the capability of thinking from the other side of the table. It becomes a one sided view. When the person's Ego is high, either they start playing the victim role or I am the superior one role, but in both case it effects the relation.

The difficulty of Letting Go

This is directly connected with the Ego, but still say if someone mindfully realizes that they have Ego issues and accept it but not able to Let Go and hold it back which is also a type of a Ego, does not solve anything either. Holding grudge against people will reflect in the behavior. If I am not able to Let Go and hold on to things, I will only create bitterness in the relation. Anything that we do not Let Go and hold it back, starts building up and takes bigger shapes, so if we are holding onto bitter experiences with people we are only adding fuel to the fire and creating unrest situations in life. If we start taking each situation as is and let it pass, life will become simpler, but we do not do that. We hold on and create bitterness not only for ourselves but for others. What we feed to ourselves goes out as energy in the universe and reflects back to us. If we are fighting with our own selves how can we be peaceful with others?

Our own Setbacks of Life

Not everyone will excel, not everyone will become a star, there will be people at all levels and different stages of life going through experiences of success and failure. Some will be happy at some point of time in life and some one at other so making comparisons in life with people around you and not feeling good about someone's success will be one of the reason for conflicting behavior. Yes this does happen very often. Bitterness seeps in and becomes reason for conflict. Have we come across such situations where 2 very good friends who may be at same level and then suddenly one excels and one has some failures and gradually you see them drifting apart.

External Circumstances

A lot of external circumstances are also at play. Like the place we live in, what type of a place is it? Chaotic, Peaceful. Accordingly the people of that place will also behave. If there is violence is some territory you will see the same in their behavior also. People will be fighting among themselves for various issues like power, money or sometimes just the basic survival. If the place is peaceful, self sufficient, giving it's people a good life, we will see people of that place acting also peacefully. The Environment that we live in to a great extent reflects in our behavior.

Our thoughts travel much more quickly, quicker then the sound, they are instant. Our thoughts send out energy into the universe and they act as transmitters rapid and powerful. If we can tune our minds most of the problems on this planet will be resolved. If we spread our spiritual vibrations of Love, Peace and happiness the same will reflect back.
