Indonesia as one of the countries with a territory belongs has a high level of insecurity of the disaster that even most of its territory was included in the ring of fire area so it is potentially a disaster of nature such as earthquakes, tsunamis, Stormwind, volcanoes, floods, and landslides. Then, with the level of insecurity disaster that belongs high in Indonesia may increase the importance of knowledge and ready disaster to promptly do. Disaster education covers many important aspects surrounding the disaster. For example an introduction about the potential for disaster is around, the history of disasters that have occurred, early warning system, form of anticipation, raise awareness of the signs of the impact of a disaster, a disaster for the individual, family, and community, how to the handling of the disaster, as well as how to save yourself from disaster. Disasters can occur at any time without previous be predicted so that the required basic knowledge in the face of disaster. the community should be able to take a stance and avoid yourself from panic attitude which thus may cause more casualties. one way to do that is by providing outreach and education for community disaster especially people who live the lowliest prone to disaster. with the education of disaster, expected to reach at least the risk in the event of a disaster. With the knowledge about the disaster, at least be able to avoid panic. Fear and panic will thus open up opportunities to inflict more casualties.
