A teacher role is not only to teach but also to be a leader and manager of his class, he should be aware of the steps so that he can control a noisy class.
We cant blame a child for making noises, they will do that according to their ages, But a Teacher should know to control this uncontrollable noise, so lets check some real tricks to control a noisy class:
1.Proper Command in his subject:
A teacher should have knowledge in his subject,he should be capable in answering the questions, asked by the student. In this way, he can control the noise of students.
2.Sitting Arrangement:
Sitting Arrangement is also important, in controlling the class, A teacher should change the sits of the peer students, atleast in their class, so that he cant talk to their friends, Sits can be changed in every 3 days because,they get comfortable with new students.
3.Have healthy conservation:
When a teacher enter in the class, he should not directly open the books and start teaching, but he should try to have some talks with his students on healthy topics, this help the teacher to gain student attention is teaching.
