You often hear people make statements like, 'I know that already', or 'That's not something new'.
But the most amazing reality is how that what they claim to know is not having any positive effect on them.
|Many of us are guilty of this in different areas of our lives|
The reality of exposure is that it gives us the privilege to be aware of certain happenings around and within us either immediately or at a given space of time.
However, as many pride themselves in knowledge, only few work in the reality of that knowledge with proofs. In other words, it is not having an idea about something that yeilds the expected results but the co-ordinated and corresponding actions taken regarding that idea.
The truth is, we are a store of ideas, but we do little or nothing compared to what we know, this is reflected in our everyday lives. If only we can do up to 70% of what we know, our lives would be rewarding than where we are now.
As it is often said, 'action speaks louder than words'. Action are catalyst that drives our words. Education should go beyond head knowledge to goal oriented awareness. This is very relevant in our clime here in Africa where we are subjected to rigorous academic activities and exercises.
It is sometimes funny how that we can have a solution to a specific problem sitting right beside us or even sometimes within us but we still scramble for solutions where they can not be found.
Education they say is the bedrock of any society, let's make this a reality by not just storing the ideas or knowledge upstairs.
Keep learning, keep acting!

I fully agree with this, people need to take action to instigate change if the action we take is from an Informed stance than the knowlkedge that this generates is growth.
