Oh for sure up voting is done by many but nit does count as a up vote on your 10 per day if your trying to build up your power its difficult as well if you post 2 to 4 times per day it leaves you less up votes for others ! But some of the big Dolphins And Whales totally abuse the current system I mean their up votes are worth hundreds compared to mine at 8 cents ! And Ned gave sweetjsss his voting power a while back to up vote and help out others and instead she used it to up vote her own posts by hundreds of dollars into thousands which caused her to get a bunch of flags awhile back ! So im not totally against it when its not being abused and they are draining the rewards pool for the rest of us !! Stay positive and steem on my friend , I will !! 👌✌❤💕👍
