In modern schools kids are sticked to digital platforms, digital diaries and digital social rating. Many parents say they can't avoid or deny it. It's a rule, and they can't change the system, they have to obey.
But it's not so!

If it has been so, there would have been no unschooling, a risht to reject from vaccination, a right to choose where you earn money, and how your kids will be treated. In fact, we DO HAVE a choice. But sometimes to make it we need to be stronger and decisive. Not all people are so. And it's another question.
We are now experiencing a short period when the digitalization of childhood is still voluntary.
Of course, the system puts pressure on parents and children from all sides. But you can still resist it.
Maxim Gorky, a great Russian writer, said that only strong people can resist the environment. And we, in order to protect children, need to become strong.
For example, one Mom has shared her family story of living DIFFERENT life even when they are inside of digital education.

The younger onen write down their homework in a paper diary (4th grade). Nobody looks at any digital ratings. My children don’t have computers or iPhones. I write a statement to the school about this every year.
And if they want my children to push buttons, then let them provide us with all the necessary equipment for all children.
For 8 years noone has been bothering us with any kind of digital garbage.
My children study well. Two of them are excellent students. The whole day is busy: school + kids clubs. We don’t have time for all this school disgrace."

STOPPutting pen to paper is something that scribes have been doing for millennia, and meaningful understanding of communicating in writing is an essential tool people need, and is too often neglected by educators that think digital mechanisms will replace analog. There will always be a need for analog mechanisms, including writing, and there are differences between analog writing and typing, or even cutting and pasting from ChatGPT, that enable understanding of great value digital means do not.
