After months of work and reflexion, it is with great pride that I announce the launch of a brand new game, Human-History, allowing you to win HistoryCoins (HISTC), a token based on the Hive blockchain.
Human-History is a browser-based RPG. Hunt, work, bargain and most importantly, survive...
Many features are waiting for you in order to progress and become the best.
The game is in closed Alpha version. All the infos to participate are at the end of the article.
The character
In Human-History, you play a character with needs, experience and skills.
Feed yourself every day to keep your health and morale high. Beware, once your health is at 0, you have to start all over again (or almost).
Every time you work or hunt, you gain experience. For each level you gain, you are given 3 skill points that you can distribute among :
- Strength: Increases the chance of catching game;
- Intelligence: Increases the experience you gain from hunting or working;
- Stamina: Increases your maximum energy points.
Working and hunting will take up your available time. Don't forget that a day is only 24 hours...
The jobs
You can choose between four professions:
- Lumberjack;
- Stonecutter;
- Miner;
- Blacksmith.
Each trade takes a certain amount of time, consumes energy and brings you nuggets. It's up to you to choose the one that suits you according to your availability.
As you gain experience in your trade, your salary will increase and the energy consumed and working time will decrease.
Hunting
Once again, you have the choice between four hunts:
- Gathering;
- Hunting on the plain;
- Hunting in the forest;
- Hunting in the marshes.
Each hunt takes a certain amount of time, consumes energy and allows you to catch game for food, medicine or sale.
Equip yourself to protect yourself from injury and increase your chances of catching game.
Housing
Sleeping is good, but sleeping in a house is better. Having a home allows you to recover your energy more quickly.
On the other hand, you will have to rent or buy it. You will be thrown out of your home if you can no longer pay for it.
The shop
The seller offers you different items to buy to improve your daily life. Each item will cost you nuggets except the gods who will cost you gems, the game's paying currency.
You can also resell the items in your inventory except the gods.
Each item has a limited time limit. Once the date has passed, it will disappear from your inventory.
The market
Buy and sell items between players. Very convenient if you can't find what you're looking for at the store or if you find the prices unreasonable.
The forge
To equip you, whether you are hunting or working, the blacksmiths will be happy to make your equipment for a few nuggets and the necessary materials.
The currencies
- The nuggets : You will earn them every time you work and sell items. The referral will also allow you to earn some every time you buy gems from your godchildren.
- The gems: This is the game's paying currency. You can currently obtain them against HISTC or HIVE. With them you can increase the size of your inventory, reload a new store, buy gods and much more. You can also get them by working or hunting if you are lucky.
- HISTCs: HISTCs can be exchanged for nuggets starting at 1000 nuggets. 1 nugget = 1 HISTC.
Features to come
Probably the most important feature is the clan setup. This feature will add other items for the security of the houses and probably the setting of looting among the possible hunts.
In a second step, the implementation of Hive Keychain to simplify transactions and avoid Hivesigner.
Then will come the fights between players with tournaments.
Other functionalities are under study and will come later.
What does it mean to be an alpha tester?
It means that you will be among the first to participate in the adventure. Earn as much money and experience as you can to be one step ahead of the others. You'll also be entitled to a free starter pack providing you with equipment and money to get you started, as well as the god Experimentus, which gives you 15% more experience.
In return, you'll be able to report any bugs that might occur and your opinion on improvements that could be made.
In order to participate in the closed Alpha, you must first register. Once done, join us on the discord to have your account activated. And then it's off to an adventure full of animals, sweat and more.
