When people would ask me what I wanted to do after high school, I knew exactly what that was. However, I felt so much outside pressure to do what was expected of me. Thankfully, I had enough of what they thought and stuck with my heart. After all, I’m the one who has to live with the choices I make, not them. My hope is that someone who needs a little encouragement will see this. I know I could have used this back when I was in high school.
Correction: I was already married when my teacher stopped in.

Mazel tovWelcome to @DTube
עכשיו, הילדים שלנו גדלים, היא מטפלת בילדים אוטיסטים.כמוך, @ClitaDias, אשתי, היה אמיץ כמוך, & עבד במשרה מלאה על גידול הילדים שלנו.
Now that, our children are growing up, she looks after autistic children.Like you, @ClitaDias, my wife, was brave like you, & worked full-time on growing our children.
I’ll have to try that. I’ve been wondering how I get that long random title thing off of there.
That’s great! I think raising our kids instead of spending most of our days apart is very important.
You should be able edit both titles & articles on@DTube itself.

@heimdandanger:The Steemit article has does not have the video hash but, the @DTube title includes the video hash. For me, using Chrome, Safari & even Chrome canary build, I can edit posts originally made on @DTube on @Steemit itself.
Thanx for share it !!!!
See I told you that you could do it! Another good video just sharing your story! And now look at your faith...are you doing what other people expected you to do and maybe still expect you to do?
It took a few tries, but I got there. I have a lot to improve on, but I suppose that will come with practice.
It’s a good thing I was solid in my ways (for a lack of a better phrase) before I heard those words come from someone close to me, because had I heard that while still in high school, I’m not sure how I would have taken it.
Stay strong in your convictions!!!
This video may take all Shabbat to download (with our slow country internet) but I already love it. Shabbat Shalom @hebrewhousewife
Lol technology is wonderful isn’t it? Thank you, Shabbat shalom @buckaroo!
haha! hey hebrewhousewife! great job on the video and the message was great and wow look at where you are now but if you had gone to college you'd have a mountain of debt that you'd be a slave to!
Most kids shouldn't go to college they should go to trades schools, the stats are clear on that, it's why the Millennials are living in their parent's basements. God bless you guys!
Thanks janton! That’s one of the biggest flaws of schools today, they don’t let kids make their own decisions. They heavily influence them in what to think and what direction to go. I know for our kids, we’ll be at least telling them the benefits of taking up a trade versus something else. Of course, it’s all up to them.
howdy again hebrewhousewife! well Ma'am you are very wise and the kids are lucky to have you as their mom and teacher!
