RE: The Curation and Engagement Leagues ๐Ÿ† - STEEM prizes & steem-bounty available! ๐ŸŽ

Hey, @abh12345.

Finally, I get to leave a comment on this post. Having the blockchain down for 12 hours is definitely a hindrance, but I'm trying to be upbeat and positive and thankful that it didn't take another minute.

Yeah, right. :) Best move on.

I rolled in at 77 this week. Better than being off the grid, which I'll note actually does have 100 folks this time. I'm glad it wasn't just me hallucinating the lack of numbers.

I can't say I did that much more this past week than I did before. 10 more comments, which raised everything else accordingly. If this is the Top 20%, I hesitate to ask what the other 80% is like, unless there's a bunch more people hitting the 6000 range.

At any rate, it's not my intent to hang in the 70s, but to get myself back up into contention, so I won't dwell on what others are doing on the other end of the spectrum. However, I will need to have a blockchain up and running with which to record my efforts. And I promise I will not swerve into that for the remainder of this comment.

Thank you, as always, Asher, for this contest. Long live the Curation and Engagement Leagues!

To the estimable folks at @curie. I feel like you know how I feel about your involvement. I hope I have fully and duly expressed it. Since you are looking to expand or increase the amounts you allocate or the contests you sponsor, and since Asher has already handed in his application to which I attached my own sentiment on the matter, I'll just say, I'm grateful for all that you've done and do all over the STEEM platform. You are one of the reasons why I and I would dare say many others are still here.

Finally, congratulations to @janton, @smithlabs, and the rest of the Top 10. As always, well done, and keep it up.

To all of the restโ€”we are doing the needful work of making STEEM a social platform. Without this work, it would not be nearly what it is today. With whatever time you have, I hope you will use it to keep this community active and interactive.

Onward and upward.

And I'm finally getting round to a reply of sorts :)

I hesitate to ask what the other 80% is like, unless there's a bunch more people hitting the 6000 range.

Yes, best not look at what's going on below the top 100. We have about 50 members with a minus score...

Just to confirm, the sponsorship has arrived and so there will be at least 8 more weeks of boosts to the key engagers. Looking forward to seeing you rising 'back where you belong' in the coming weeks,

Cheers Glen!

Well, we'll see how things go, particularly this week. I'm already on par to outdo my last three weeks performances combined, which I'm taking as an accomplishment even though it's only half of what I've been able to do. :) Today will depend largely on how much I get distracted by the Oregon vs. Stanford college football game before it even starts, and then how long it takes to get dinner ready. It's not looking good.

Also, lurking out there is when we'll reach consensus with the bigger and better version of HF 20 and whether or not that will throw a wrench into the works next week (or even today) like it did on Monday. That's not supposed to happen! Yeah. I get that a lot around here. Be positive! How about we just be practical. Prepare for the worst, hope for the best. Just no breath holding. :)
