INGREDIENTS
The powdery ones are prepared with flour, but this time I wanted to try making them with rice cream (baby food), so if you have it, you can calmly replace it with the flour, since they are very well the same.
- 1 cup of flour or 1 of cream of rice.
- ½ cup of butter.
- ½ cup of impalpable sugar (If you do not have it, you can liquefy or process normal refined sugar, and it will remain with a texture very similar to impalpable).
- One cinnamon stick in powder.
PREPARATION
In a bolw, combine all the dry ingredients.
Acremer the butter by beating it separately, until it is smooth; and incorporate the bolw.
Knead until obtaining a consistent mixture. (The process takes a little time because the dough is brittle, but they must make it at least compact a bit to make the shapes).
Place the dough on a flat surface, placing it between 2 plastic wrap or plastic bag, so that it does not stick, and spread with a roller achieving a thickness of approximately 1.5 cm.
Cut circles and place them on a greased and floured tray.
Bake for approximately 15 minutes.
(Also, you can make balls with your hands and flatten them a bit, without the need to stretch and cut).
