Albert Einstein and the stereotypical culture

in #engrave4 years ago

With the gravity of Albert Einstein's contributions to the world and the present way of life of people, it is no surprise that Einstien's personal life is studied as much as his works.

From the books of history, Einstein was always a one-of-a-kind person, stood out greatly, challenged alot of norms and frequently had problems with his instructors while stil in school.

He was reportedly widely known for being impatient with family, extremely engrossed with work so much thathe maintained no meaningful relationship with his colleagues.

In my opinion though, I think for someone who was able to achieve so much in his lifetime he probably did not have much choice than to be the way he was in order to stay in tune with whatever he was onto.

My question is, if Einstein was that much of a hard ass and yet he still managed to win a Nobel prize and be widely celebrated for his work even long after he is gone, for someone looking to do as much as Einstein did or even better, is it advisable to emulate his way of life knowing fully well that it will only raise resentment from people in ones immediate environment, is it worth it to lose love to gain achievements?
