I think many of us can find ourselves in the middle-gray area of giving less than 100% effort--in relationship, in business, in our self-care.
Sometimes it's easier to give less because then you won't get let down, disappoint others or yourself, or you won't feel like a failure if things don't pan out perfectly.
The thing with that thinking is: things most likely won't work out exactly as planned---that's the flow of life---so the work is more in how you are being with yourself when things get out of whack rather than limiting your full devotion to the thing.
The work is trusting yourself to move forward with the same dedication and 100% effort that you start with even when things get tough. Want to practice and give 100% today?
