Scientifically? Absolutely nothing would prevent prevent someone from doing that. Furthermore, it would be exceedingly simple to pre-edit the "chosen ones" so the delivery virus would bounce off them. There's a 17-minute video on the about us page of our website where I discuss our plan for privacy and security and why the blockchain needs to get ahead of centralized authorities and quickly.
