RE: LEARN. THEN LEAVE.

in #esteem6 years ago

Hmmm, true, learning skills is needed, but working under someone is nkt a necessity .

In this crypto world, I have seen those who never had a cooperate job do exploits, not because they were lucky to get some crypto, but because they had the zeal and will.

You make it seem as though without working under someone, a person cant be a boss of his own.

We are often shackled by the idea that we must go to school, we must work for a salary, we must follow the norm.

The rules of the world sre meant to keep one down, to keep one chained, to keep one working 9-5, earning a pay.

I have freedom without working for anyone , I grew myself, my skills, I paid for it, some I got for free, I learnt by any mean except work for someone , cause the people i wanted to work for, wanted to use me instead.

Today i direct musicians , i teach, i am the boss so to speak......learning never stops , and thats the idea i run with, not working under someone.

I do get the rest of your point, im jist picking that particular one.

Definitely you need to connect, grow, learn.
I agree with this

Before you are offered a raise, a freedom to do your thing or control over how you spend your time, your skills or your productivity, you have to pay your dues. Learn skills that people find it difficult to turn you down.

This truly isn't a post that advocates a compulsory "learn under someone" mantra.
No.

It is simply "learn".

Anyone who made it big and has sustained the value they give in exchange for money has learned the ropes before the riches.

They didnt just bolt out and started a business on the wings of enthusiasm. They learned, took little bets and had a mosaic of success and failures until incremental achievements became monumental.

Thanks for your lovely contribution sir.
