Sleep is an important thing for our body. To be honest, it is very important to wake up to a healthy life. But how much? If it becomes more than necessary? There are many different types of doctrines in sleep. But still we need to know the matter.
On one topic everyone agrees that children usually need a little more sleep. And fewer of the older ones. But an adult needs to sleep at least six hours daily for normal living. It can be more than an hour or two. It depends on the physical structure. But that does not go too far into excess.
It is clear that low sleep has negative effects on body and mind. Likewise, it is no exception to sleep more. And the researchers claim that it can be unable to sleep for more than nine hours continuously. So we need to be careful about sleeping too.
