Idli - Universal breakfast

Do you see a full plate,
Yes this is how I have at home when it's prepared at home.
The extreme love for Idli , numbers don't count ☺️☺️☺️

At hotels we don't know when they would have prepared the batter and how old it is. Sometimes the hardness tells it all.
At home it's always soft and fluffy
