Dalam rangka meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat, Pemerintah Republik Indonesia melalui Kementerian Kesehatan melakukan tes kelayakan mutu di Unit Pelayanan Tingkat Pertama Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat (UPTD-Puskesmas). Dalam hal ini Puskesmas Paya Bakong mendapat kesempatan kedatangan Tim Surveior Akreditasi dari pusat selama tiga hari dari tanggal 01 Sampai 03 Agustus 2018.
Akreditasi Puskesmas adalah suatu pengakuan terhadap hasil dari proses penilaian eksternal, oleh Komisioner Akreditasi terhadap Puskesmas, apakah sesuai dengan standar akreditas yang ditetapkan.

Dalam hal untuk mendapatkan penilaian mutu terbaik Puskesmas Paya Bakong sudah menyiapkan semua bidang yang akan di uji oleh Tim Surveior.
Bidang-Bidang yang di uji meliputi :
- Bidang UKP
- Bidang UKM
- Bidang Admen
Pada saat acara pembukaan camat Paya Bakong Andre Prayuda yang di dampingi seluruh tokoh kecamatan berharap nantinya Puskesmas Paya Bakong mendapatkan Akreditasi Paripurna (Nilai Terbaik) Supaya bisa lebih meningkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat.

In order to improve public health services, the Government of the Republic of Indonesia through the Ministry of Health conducts a quality feasibility test at the First Level Public Service Unit (UPTD-Puskesmas). In this case the Puskesmas Paya Bakong had the opportunity to visit the Accreditation Surveillance Team from the center for three days from 01 to 03 August 2018.
Puskesmas accreditation is an acknowledgment of the results of the external assessment process, by the Accreditation Commissioner of the Puskesmas, whether it is in accordance with the accreditation standards set.

In order to get the best quality assessment, the Paya Bakong Health Center has prepared all fields that will be tested by the Surveillance Team.
The fields tested include:
- UKP field
- Field of UKM
- Admen Field
During the opening ceremony of the Paya Bakong subdistrict head Andre Prayuda who was accompanied by all sub-district figures, he hoped that the Paya Bakong Health Center would receive Full Accreditation (Best Value) In order to be able to further improve services to the community.
