Remove frozen and savory foods from the night's diet list. After cooking, you can chew sugar-free chewing gum. This leads to lean secretion which helps in stomach acids.

Sleeping in a pillow: Usually, acid reflux is higher during the night. Many wake up in the night, wake up to severe pain and chest pain. Many times the talk goes on. Keep your head and chest slightly higher during sleep at night than the stomach. You can use a high pillow for it. Gastric acid can not rise up easily.

Wear loose clothing: tight tissue compresses the stomach and increases the acid emission. So wear lukewarm cozy clothes apart from tights.
