Estar entre las 20.000 personas apiñadas en la Plaza de San Pedro esperando entre murmullos que el papa levante sus brazos para dar su bendición de URBI ET URBI a la ciudad  de Roma y al mundo:  A quien no le temblarían las rodillas en ese lugar. Es a Roma a donde la gente a tan única experiencia, este gesto característico con el que la Iglesia  Católica Romana se presenta al mundo. Se congregan en esta plaza cuya vasta extensión simboliza tan impresionante abrazo universal de la Iglesia.
