The first and basic condition of being able to benefit from any sport or exercise, whether at home or in the gym, is continuity. Therefore, you should choose an occupation that you can continue and you will not get bored after 1 week. Another suggestion for me is not to go into exaggerated expenses. i.e. treadmill, elliptical etc. These are not cheap things. huh, I understand you have money, but again it's useless. If there is no room to go out, it can be run outside as well.
You can get a jump rope. It burns fat tremendously and speeds up metabolism. There are tons of channels on youtube about it. If you want to do something with a planned program, I suggest p90x. I could only apply half of it, but I saw the benefit. It may be a bit difficult at the beginning, but once you get used to it, the rest is very good.
