Ten minutes of spending will also add to the man's thoughts. It is said that exercise can increase the ability to make quick decisions and focus on any matter. Many people do not like to exercise long enough. But the researchers at Canada's University of Western Ontario have found that a change in thinking might be instantaneous, even faster than that. Researchers say some people have been cycling for ten minutes and tested their thinking.
