In May, I did a running workout 12 times and ran 277 km collectively. My monthly running distance didn't reach 300 km.
5月は12回のワークアウトで、合計277kmを走りました。月間走行距離は300kmに届きませんでした。
On 21st May, Japanese government has lifted a state of emergency for our local region, but I still wear a mask during running. It has been getting hotter since the beginning of May, so It has been more suffocating to run with wearing a mask. Because of that, I was able to run more than 30 km only twice in May.
5月21日に、僕の住む地域の緊急事態宣言が解除されましたが、その後もマスクをつけて走っています。5月に入ってから暑くなってきたため、マスクをつけて走るのがいっそう息苦しくなってきています。そのため、5月は30km以上のランニングが2回しかできませんでした。
The rainy season will come soon in Japan. In June, I will have to use fewer rainless days well to do running workout enough.
まもなく梅雨が始まります。6月は十分なランニングをするために、少ない晴れ間をうまく活用するしかないでしょう。
