Close your eyes. Gently massage your eyelids with circular motions. Press lightly. Don’t try to press too hard. Make ten circular movements, first clockwise, then counterclockwise.

This is terrible for you!!!! Never do this! This will damage your cornea...Big time. Reach for eyedrops or blink it out instead.
