POEM: THE BIRTH OF FALL

in #fall9 years ago (edited)

Hands are for habitats
Feathered jewels chirp
A misty morning into being

A monotone moon rises
Behind aviary swarms
As a tree is grown for seeing

An apple arch
Is the farmers share
A bite lifts celestial ceilings

A baby is born
Into a world unprepared
For salvation and meaning

I love the layout with the diagonal images Ruben! Beautiful poem!

Thanks, @randyclemens . I kept posting and each post revision helped me see something new. Near the end I had the triangles originally pointing east west north and south, but I loved the power of east and west.

Especially like the opening stanza-

Hands are for habitats
Feathered jewels chirp
A misty morning into being

This is outstanding, way to raise the bar @rubenalexander. I lot of TLC put into this presentation and the poem laid so nicely into it. Beautiful words and vibe, bless!
