In one of my recent posts I've told about outrage created in one of our regions - CPS made attacks on families who had great relationships with relatives and sometimes left kids with them. Parents could be absent for some hours or days, and grandparents (or aunts, uncles) could take care of kids.
In Chuvashia region CPS claimed that it was irresponsible atittude to kids, and parents couldn't leave kids with grandparents because they had no rights to take care of them - they are to use guardians in cases if they are absent for some days.

It created a wave of outrage throughout the country because grandparents are extremely close to kids of their kids, it's roots of our culture and traditions, and breaking these traditions is nonsence.
Deputy Irina Filatova obtained an apologetic response from the CPS for attempting to terrorize grandparents by subjects of prevention.
the doc says that all participants of this decision will be punished and necessary work will be organised to explain the CPS family rights.
Yeahh!
it's one more victory of justice!
