Since the inclusion of rice cutting machine, there is a side that is in advantage and there is also a side that in disadvantage, this is enough in feel by the Acehnese farmers in particular.

Side facilitated by the rice cutting machine that farmers no longer need to laboriously cut rice traditionally, collecting and threshing rice. Farmers simply wait for the harvest in the mainland or rice field embankment that is ready to sell and at a slightly cheaper price compared to traditional rice cuttings, then the time required for harvesting is much shorter.

While the disadvantageous side is: peasants with small land, who usually become peasants when the harvest will be unemployed, including widows who usually become rice-cut laborers to support their families, rice-cultivators ready for slaughter, paddy machine workers and laborers Rice.

Some areas have rejected the presence of rice-cutting machines, the reason is quite plausible that it can be a threat to the loss of small farmers' livelihoods and they consider modern rice cutting machines not yet needed in their area because the average farmer has an unspecified paddy field

Concrete solutions are needed for the handling of the problem, because in the next few years it is certain that people should accept the technology presence, comparable to the ancient wetland system in the absence of a tractor machine, where the farmers work on the paddy field with a hoeing system that takes up to 6 months Ready for planting, but over the development of the age of the presence of agricultural machinery to be a great benefit for farmers, where farmers only need 3 weeks working on rice fields for ready planting, of course, farmers do not want to work on rice fields traditionally again.
