in #farms5 years ago

Hello my friends and brothers of @frams, I really feel very excited because I am learning with you many things on the topics of cultivating and home remedies, I have even read some recipes of publications made by you, today I read a bit on the web and I will share with you about a fruit that I particularly like very much, my grandchildren love this pulp in juice (it is their favorite).

IT'S ABOUT LA GUANABANA

Whose fruit contains high properties of fibers and vitamins, for this reason its consumption is advisable for people suffering from constipation, diabetes and obesity, always remembering to consume it with moderation without exaggerations, since nothing exaggerated is recommended.

The fruit has an oval format, has a dark green skin and is covered with thorns, while inside is white with a slight acid taste and at the same time something sulce, this fruit is extremely delicious especially in smoothies and desserts; while its leaves can also be used in tea.

Its scientific name of Annona muricata L.

How to consume it

This delicious fruit can be consumed in different ways: natural in its pulta, in the form of capsules as a supplement, in dessert, teas and juices. We must take advantage of every part of the guanabana, from the roots to the flowers.

Soursop leaves to make tea: It is made with 10 g of dried guanabana leaves, which should be placed in 1 liter of boiling water. After 10 minutes, strain and consume 2 to 3 cups after meals; Soursop juice: To make the juice is enough to liquefy 1 soursop, 3 pears, 1 orange and 1 papaya, together with water. After shake, it can already be consumed.
