They say you watch me, they say you watch all of us. Is this the case? Honestly, it doesn't really matter one way or another but, I don't trust them. I guess the feeling is mutual.
They are confused I think, they have slowly bought into their own lies, at least some of them. I think it started off a manipulation for money, power, control over the masses but, they lost control an brainwashed themselves, believed their own hype.
It is easy for us to lose our mind into the lies we tell ourselves I think. We get so much support until fact and fiction blur, if they believe it enough, maybe it makes me real. Fake it until you make it as they say. Scam them until you make it may be a more honest appraisal.
What would you think if someone killed for you? If someone said, this is not my action, I am just a proxy, I do this for another? Personally, I would be disgusted, I never asked for it. Would I punish them if I could? What if I had accidentally led them on, made them think that it was what I had wanted, mixed signals, lost in translation kind of stuff?
Do they deserve to be punished for doing what they think is my bidding if they think that what they do is right and just? Is it my fault for not nipping their behaviour in the bud at the first sign of trouble. What do you think, who is guilty?

Yeah, I don't know but my intuition tells me someone is at fault. Yet, this in itself seems to create issues. If there is a plan and everything is going according to it by design, there is no wrong at all by definition. That means there is no guilty party doesn't it?
There is no one to blame when all one can act upon is a plan that has been designed to be immutable. Well, only the designer I guess. What do you think? If you actually designed the plan, do you hold yourself responsible? I think I would. I think I do.
I have to face up to my actions in this world. If I do something people do not agree with, I get punished. If I make a mistake, I get hurt. If I have to face my responsibilities, shouldn't everyone? Shouldn't you? Should anyone or anything be above the laws of nature? Is it even possible?
Nature seems to be a maximisation of possibility which means nothing at all is impossible except the impossible. But, that impossibility can never be know as in time, 1 year, 10 years, a billion years, that long shot impossibility might come about, proving the impossibility false.
It is all nonsense really I think. They believe, I believe, we believe. Reality doesn't care for belief though does it? Reality does what it does regardless of the illusions that exist within it. An ant need not know about an elephant to be crushed by its foot. Instead, it spends its time worrying about a whole range of threats to its existence. at least the ones that it knows about.
Perhaps this is the trick, only worry about what you have some chance to affect. That way, there is no need to spend time and energy on anything outside of that circle. If the elephant drops its foot, so be it, we won't even see it coming.
What is your take on this? Do you fear what you can't control or do you really think you can control everything? Maybe you can. What does that make you then? They tell us we are like you and this is something I do believe may be true.
There is darkness in us, sadistic cruelty we impose onto others at every chance we get. We enjoy making others suffer, we enjoy watching them be humiliated. Is that our inheritance, the reflection of our lineage?
It doesn't really matter at the end of the day for me though. It is what it is. They may be right and I will burn for it, they may be wrong and I will fade to black. Either way, what can I do about it? Is there any other path but to do my best in the moment? Isn't that what we are all doing anyway, our best?
How can we do anything other as either the plan is laid out to follow or, our nature dictates our actions? There doesn't seem to be any freedom in either pathway. We do what we do, we get what we get, we die when we die. It is pretty simple isn't? Why even discuss it? Why ask from you?

You know what the cool thing is ? everyone gets to die and find out! that's exciting to me. Its the ultimate game of believe what you want and do what you want, and its played to the death. An open sandbox game of the best design, free to do whatever it is in your power to do, but no more. It is perfectly fair in the cruelest of ways, and the players are free to under or overestimate their own import. It is brilliant, and to that I say game on!
Yeah, I don't think it really matters either way, you do what you do the best you can do it. If there is something or nothing, you have given it the best shot.
Oddly I think its of the highest importance what it was you were shooting at. I just go for watching my own step and not worrying about others. Everyone is free to believe as they wish.
There is a thin line between reality and insanity. In a mind of a confused teenager,he always asked question about life, what is his purpose, does the universe revolve around him or is it the other way around. Etc.. But at the end of the day, it doesn't really matter as long as he understand that it is better to be alive than being dead. It is better to make the most of everything than nothing. It is better to live with a purpose than live without a purpose.
It is best to understand who you are and then the rest is easy.
I concur, it always starts knowing oneself before we can understand the rest.
So many questions, no so many answers...
No one can control everything, there are too many unknowns in this world. We can't hold ourselves responsible for the inner workings of others, only to our our actions.
Something that came to mind while reading your thoughts was philosophy I got told during a NLP course. "The prover and the thinker" as in what we think we will find proof to back up that thought.
We get millions and millions of bits of information thrown at us daily and we can't possibly process all that internally so we filter it based on our thoughts.
This made a lot of sense once explained and now I know the true meaning of "Change your thoughts, change your world!".
I'll be following now as your train of thoughts have me intrigued. I found you through @galenkp #teamaustralia
This is where the most value lays. What is known has already been done.
@galenkp is my brother
Agreed.. As in biological or steemian?
"There is darkness in us, sadistic cruelty we impose onto others at every chance we get. We enjoy making others suffer, we enjoy watching them be humiliated. Is that our inheritance, the reflection of our lineage?"
I'm actually planning to write a full post on this.
"It doesn't really matter at the end of the day for me though. It is what it is."
Having read your posts, you don't seem like a person who would say "it doesn't matter for me". An you souldn't.
"How can we do anything other as either the plan is laid out to follow or, our nature dictates our actions?"
This sounds like we have a destiny. I don't beleive in it (because I choose not to beleive in it). Instead, although both factors are pretty much true, I think that we all have the capacity to divert from our laid plan and our nature.
Cheers!
So we think, but is it true? The problem is that we can never know if our diversion from the path is a diversion at all.
Link your post here when you get it done so I can have a read :)
I agree, we can't know if it's true, that's why I highlighted (because I choose not to believe in it). : )
I will!
Aren't we 'all' like the ant in proportion to the great dimension of this universe..? Perhaps we are not yet 'under foot'going about our daily tasks...but, what of tomorrow? What if we come into the path of that 'giant' foot; finding ourself under that sudden, crushing weight? What then..? Where does life end, if ever..? Is it here and now...or some where on the other side...that 'other' place..?
So many questions...where are the answers? Perhaps, there are 'none'...
Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow.
