I'm starting a travel channel with what's left of mine. I'm still fine-tuning the concept of it and deciding on the camera I want to buy. A ZV-1 Vlogging Camera! Cool. It sounds very adaptive. Nice close-up lens, solid mic options, very handable, filtering! t looks great! And with the wind guard, it looks like a little mouse! :)
You're right! Maybe I'll call it Mickey. ; ) I hope it'll be a good camera to begin with. If I enjoy vlogging I may upgrade eventually.
Well, it's certainly made for YouTube. It sounds like it's got all you would need for vlogging. Don't even think of moving up. I bet you if you master this camera you will be happy with it for years and years! :)
Thanks for the input! I was so happy to find it because it's a few hundred dollars cheaper than the others I was considering. Many of the new generation YouTubers are just using action cams (GoPro, Sony, etc) because of their more compact size but very few of them offer screens so you can't see what you're shooting.
