Uhu (Parrotfish) - Caught on the Big Island of Hawaii

I went spearfishing yesterday and picked up this nice Blue Uhu.

This will feed me for a few days.

I filleted the fish up and scrapped the bones.

Nothing of the fish was wasted.

I am so grateful to be able to get one of these guys.
