Now, this is a valuable theme to write about! As well as it is a workout for, like you say it, to deal with whatever physical and mental challenges. I find this practice useful just about 8 months ago and it can be an indeed decisive thing that will lead your progress thru the whole day...and always in a positive way (so far) ;) Tnx for all those info!
